Pros
I've only just been offered a contract, so I can only comment on the recruitment process thus far. That being said, they do seem very organised and professional.
Cons
I have no negatives to speak of as of the moment. The starting hourly rate they offered me was a little lower than I was hoping for, but I'm encouraged to read of other teachers who have been able to build up their salary over time. I am sure that I will also be able to do so.
