Pros

None I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Cons

If you value autonomy, collaboration, and structure—look elsewhere. Working here has been a challenging experience. With the exception of Halley, management is extremely micromanaging. If you enjoy being chained to your desk and having your day scheduled down to the minute with little to no trust or independence, this may be the place for you. This job does not encourage communication or camaraderie among coworkers. In fact, collaboration is practically discouraged, and there is little sense of team morale or support. Every netting is like a reprimand on something that is not the departments fault. There are no clear processes in place, yet you’re expected to function at full capacity while constantly short-staffed. On top of your regular duties, you’ll be expected to train new management (with no training yourself), complete side projects meant to “enhance the company,” and do so without any additional compensation or acknowledgment—all while your actual job title has nothing to do with company development. The assistant controller, messages employees when she hears any talking or laughing. The culture is not only rigid, but also punitive. If you try to speak up about an issue, process gap, or suggest a better way of doing something, you’re not heard—you’re punished. Instead of receiving the support or training you requested, you’ll often be handed a project or assigned to create an SOP for the very subject you needed help understanding. It makes zero sense. Don’t expect any real training unless you’re okay being trained by another coworker who hasn’t even been there long enough and didn’t receive proper training. This company lacks structure, and operates in a very disorganized and unprofessional way. Instead of investing in third-party professionals to establish proper systems, the responsibility falls on hourly employees to build structure for a company that’s been around for over 14 years. If you’re looking for a job that respects your time, input, and professional boundaries, I would recommend exploring other options. The turnover is ridiculous and I can’t blame the employees for leaving. Always short staffed and they split the work between the staff members without any sort of timeline on when the additional load will be stopped or even compensated. Seems like that are trying to see how much they can milk someone without having to pay anyone else to do it. Work life balance is gone. You’re required to read a book and discuss it at work. Makes no sense when people have a life outside of this with responsibilities that do not include the company. Overall they are so out of touch with how a company should treat employees and it shows.

Pros

Unreliable initial information. Very sketchy legally, no safety training or standards. Very much a hook and bait system. The culture is very childish and petty.

Cons

This company carries a very high sense of entitlement towards their employees.. Employees are expected to invest into this company with the hope of acquiring income in the end based on false promises of guaranteed lead flow and income. No tools provided, and no compensation for required equipment. They even charge employees $500 for any products for demonstrations. Employees pay for everything to work here. They encourage employees to sell to their immediate friends and families more than they offer opportunities for growth or income. The majority of employees that leave this company have already sold their own family before really understanding what their selling or the true value behind it. Very high pressure, same day manipulative tactics. Everyone I work with has expressed their disdain and disgust in how this company operates. Have not met anyone here that truly leaves a sale with a good taste in their mouth.
