Pros

This job has quite literally changed my life within a few months. Every morning we have office wide leadership and skills development training. There is a great balance of spending time at the office and running warm leads. I am new to CO and I have gotten to drive to parts of the state I would never have seen otherwise. The people are caring and driven, and truly push me to be my best every day. The income potential is insane and will reflect your work ethic. Morals and values trickle down from CEO and employees are treated with empathy and respect.

Cons

This job has a very steep learning curve, and the first 90 days can be rough or can be more chill, but either way you have to put in a ton of effort right away to learn the products and the process. Also work life balance is pretty difficult to find.
