A lot of time is required for this job. Work 6 days a week with each day being around 12-16 hours a day sometimes. Expect to put a lot of miles on your personal vehicle. Driving sometimes 3 hours to each appointment. Requires a lot of paperwork and steps to complete a sale, or adjust the size of a project.
