Pros
- Offered a bonus, but they always made an excuse to revoke/reduce it - PDX has a big parking lot
Cons
Communication was very poor- the team was never notified of changes, but would still be punished when we completed a task the old way when we were unaware of the change. There was no standardized way for other departments or managers to do things, like set up utilities, so it was always like pulling teeth to try and get invoices and logins for utilities. In accounts payable, management stopped replacing staff as they left and also refused to provide raises for the extra work we needed to do to cover the missing people, claiming there was a hire/raise freeze (which was a lie since all other departments were still hiring and management was still sent on a paid trip to Cancun). We asked for months whether our department was being replaced in Austin, Tx, the new headquarters, and they directly lied to us for months, telling us we wouldn’t be replaced, then didn’t tell us about it until last minute. I would recommend staying far away from this company- it’s run poorly and, even if things seem okay at first, they treat you as inhuman as soon as they decide they might replace you, even if the replacement isn’t planned for another 6+ months.
