      I really appreciate the amount of time the leadership spends trying to develop and grow new leaders rather than hiring from outside. Where else are you given a leadership book and have weekly meeting about how to apply the concepts in your day to day workings.

      Cons

      If you like doing the same thing like a robot, you will hate it here. DaBella is a fast moving company so roles, responsibilities, and tasks can change.
