Pros
You get what you put in 100% of the time. As a full commission job you only have yourself to blame because DaBella puts the tools you need in front of you. The leadership are always willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns as long as you put in the work.
Cons
Occasionally you will have far appointments to drive to, some of the days are longer than others and can go decently late. Working 6 days a week but you get used to it and in the end really just want to run as many appointments as possible.
