Showed me the red flags to look for in companies.
Cons
DaBella has a lot of potential to be a good company but that is not the case right now. Leadership only cares about money. The pitch the sales reps use aren't exactly truthful. Roofing and siding are not factory trained installers. Only the foreman needs to pass a class. And when there is a problem with the installation, they try to say it's part of construction or blame it on the house settling or foundation. They rarely want to take accountability for their mistakes. So most the sales reps are lying to the customer even though they don't mean to since they are using the pitch provided by the company. You can make decent money if they don't screw you over during the audit period. Don't expect timely payout on jobs after the audit period, they always have an excuse such as someone forgot to push a button to submit your portion, or they miss a signature. It's always something but they never fix they payroll process. And be ready to spend your own money on gas without reimbursement and waste full days on unqualified leads. There are some people who are making 6 figures as reps but they are the exception.
