The leadership team is in chaos. Every day there seems to be new marching orders. Also, they brag about being transparent and they tell employees that work should feel like family, but both are off the mark. Most of the leadership team, director-level and above, have terrible communication skills. They tell you one thing, but mean something else, they say they are your advocate, when they never act like one, and they never get back to you when they say they will. Also, the CEO is NEVER in the office. That's a very dysfunctional family, for sure.
