Pros
I was able to take a lunch when I wanted, but I rarely took a lunch because I was so overworked. I received thank you notes from the salesmen for my hard work. At least I had recognition from a few people there.
Cons
This place was a nightmare. I am normally an easy-going individual, but while I was an employee there, I was so extremely overworked that I developed issues with sleeping, eating, and a tremendous amount of stress. I had to take medication for anxiety that I never had to take before just so that I could get through the day and I had to go through dental visits concerning my jaw locking up from clenching so much while at work during the day. They had me doing the work of two people there because they fired one person as soon as I was hired on. This never changed even though I was promised it would change and there would be more people hired on. I was constantly berated by other employees because I did not process the way they wanted me to process. We had pointless meetings all of the time that would take us away from the work that was increasingly piling up. Vacation was a joke. Pay was a joke. You couldn't get help when you needed it and if you asked for it, your coworkers would rat you out to your boss for asking them for a little assistance. I was paid a straight salary, but instead of working 40 hours, I was working at least 50 just to stay afloat. No camaraderie. Meetings upon meetings just to displace blame.
