      Love most of my coworkers

      Cons

      No work life balance, lack of concern for employee safety, unrealistic performance targets especially since they don't fix root causes. Expected to put in way to many hours for the pay. No organization, no quality department. Material data and BOM's are a mess and inaccurate.

      Some good people, good facilities

      Cons

      High school drama, management is petty, some team leads go out of their way to harass you, no air circulation, strict rules, overbearing team leads, not very LGBTQIA accepting, makes sure to let you know that you are a temp and not full time worthy
