Pros

A company that cares about their employees, when other companies were cutting out their Christmas parties, award banquet's. Da-com was thinking of how to make them better. For the employees that over exceed plan, Da-com also offers a Presidents club trip and a Gold club trip not just to sales team but for the whole company.

Cons

Da-com is a fast pace Sales company that deals with cutting edge technologies, sometimes people are hired that think they can do it but may not have the mind set nor the focus to be successful. For those that do have the ability, da-com puts no cap to their potential.

Pros

Working at Da-Com has been an incredible experience. It’s one of the rare companies where your effort is directly rewarded — the harder you work, the more money you make. You’re not limited by a "standard" career path here; instead, you're empowered to grow at your own pace and control your own success. Leadership genuinely cares about the team, providing support, ongoing training, and the resources needed to succeed. They encourage independence while always being available when you need guidance. It’s a company where you're valued as an individual, not just a number. The culture at Da-Com is positive, driven, and family-oriented. They recognize and reward achievement, both big and small, and there’s a real sense of pride in being part of the team. If you are motivated, hardworking, and serious about building a great career, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish here. I’m proud to be part of Da-Com and excited for what’s ahead!

Cons

Da-Com offers a lot of independence, which is amazing, but it also means you need to be self-motivated and disciplined to really maximize your potential.
