Pros

Flexible with schedule and family emergencies

Cons

Pay isn't great at best. Upper management thinks they can do no wrong. Very cliquey and very obvious favoritism towards those that brown nose. Constantly changing of plans and if you find yourself not fitting with the latest, they drop you like nothing.
