Pros
Day-to-day tasks are straightforward and it is great for someone who is goal-oriented. Working with big-name companies to ensure that their goals are done successfully and correctly. To me, I liked this a lot because I would see my work when shopping on these sites.
Cons
The ticketing queue ebbs and flows, so there are times when things slow down and you are working on documentation.
