      Training was great, Staff was very helpful and spent time with me to perfect my skills in my current position.

      Standard office. Decent coffee provided.

      Cons

      Terrible bonus structure. Unfulfilled promises and awful communication. Don't work here if you want fair compensation. When I tried to rollover my 401k DXP took back money they had matched over the years I worked for them. This company will find a way to take money your hard earned out of your pocket.
