Pros
DXE has a work environment where we not only get to work with people we genuinely enjoy, but everyone's dogs also get to come every single day. There is a culture built that is truly unique to anything I have ever seen and a family-like environment that makes each day easier. Overall, DXE is a great place to work where the management team truly cares about each and every employee.
Cons
The small work environment is a great thing, but it also does not allow for advancement like a bigger company would. There are opportunities for growth because the growth of the company, just on a smaller scale.
