The company is not very sustainable when it comes to employee growth. Salary increments are very low and usually happen only once every 2–3 years. In some cases, even basic jobs like cleaners seem to earn better than IT support roles here. There are no profit-sharing or performance bonuses. If you are in a ground support position, it’s very hard to get promoted, even when others leave. The workload keeps increasing, but there is very little recognition in terms of salary or career progression.
