Very rushed heavy deadline, go office everyday, OT. Little learning, a lot of poor practices against coding and engineering norms. sometimes security compromised. Requirements always last minute Poor management and arrow culture- mostly leads and upper people who don't do anything, don't know many things, a lot of taichi
