Pros
Work from home, 401k, and very few unnecessary meetings are some of the positive aspects of working for DXC. Some really great, hard working and knowledgeable people work there. The company operates with a very defined and structured ITIL governed process.
Cons
Unfortunately., the company has no commitment to you as an employee. "WFR'" (work force reduction) is a common and recurring practice.. In order to "reach quarterly goals". There also appears to be a huge disconnect between upper management and the reality of what you actually do as an employee.... It is painfully obvious a lot of decision makers have no idea the complexities of your day to day job... This can be frustrating at times.
