1-Constant lack of clarity around projects. 2-Different employees receiving different messages. 3-Passive-aggressive communication. 4-Failure to listen. 5-Constant “off-hours” communication 6- Hire and fire employees My manager haf a dumb but pretty girlfriend in your team for which you had to fight with other team mates Managers were all Telugu and had kept employees from Nellore so that they can have a linguistic environment, no Diversity, I even mailed this to Our CEO MIKE but has a very vague response, managers just make money and doesn't give any rats attention to employees specially if you are from north India
