Pros
Flexible working hours and WFH possibilities. That's the main reason those who haven't left are still here... and we are waiting for redundancy, precious redundancy.
Cons
I echo all previous comments left in this section. My career has stalled. Only the top brass and the account teams see any monetary rewards. Morale here is sooooo low its soul destroying. Wow! I'm actually getting emotional writing this. Perhaps I'm depressed as a result of working here. CV's just sent. I'm getting out of here too.
