Pros

None what so ever.

Cons

- Company Mgmt tells HR to hire college grads as they want cheap labor. - Company sends grads with low entry level salaries to high cost cities, yet they fire long time experienced workers as they cost to much according to mgmt. - Mgmt gets bonuses yet tell 90% of employees they can't get raises. Some haven't seen a raise in 10 years. Now how are people suppose to handle cost of living increases year after year and the company doesn't help with this? - The word around the company is NO one CARES. Therefore, stay away if you have goals for your life and career. - It's all about the company's benefit. They will use you for you knowledge and skills and the minute they find someone else cheaper you are gone. - No mission, nothing to be proud of at this company, a total nightmare. Keep this company off your resume. - There so so many before companies in the USA, just not this company. I feel bad for those who haven't made it out. - For those who left on there own or who were force to leave that was they best thing that could have happened to them.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
