Relaxed atmosphere, lots to learn, some flexibility with hours etc.
Cons
Graduates largely taken advantage of - joining the company with promises of training and mentoring which never appears. Graduates thrown into the deep end and expected to operate at the level of an expert without support. Clever scheme by the company to get the work done without paying experienced professionals to do so. Graduates in technology scheme placed into random roles, no effort to match with skills/interests. No advancement opportunities, redundancies every 3 months (even for graduates), poor upper management.
