Meeting client management, Working with Elite pre-sales people helps me to increase my knowledge and skills, close cooperation with offering when possible.
Cons
- Hw policy of HPE/DXC is working with NB until end of lyfe, I am working with a ~6y old NB, possible replacement NB is not covering working requirements and management refusing to provide better Nb due to cost (+~300€) - No real compensation for winning pursuits/projects - - Salary increase ( some of my co-workers dint had a increase for over 5y) - Delivery not flexible enough, To many management layers who are playing of being important, - After 7y fte layoff in HP/HPE/DXC is still not able to secure job's - The company culture is black as the logo itself. People are not smiling, passive behaviour and the real drive to change something is missing.
