There are no Pros to working for this company. In spite of what people might say, consider that they are coming from an experience where it must have just been that much worse. I've never worked for a company so poorly managed and with real working people so inadequately compensated. It's a real shame. And that's a pro
Cons
Never trust your management they lie constantly. They use people until they are used up and leave. They don't compensate but they sure as hell charge their customers five or six times what the salary of the people doing the work earn. They lie on every level and I don't trust anyone of them any further than I could throw them.
