Pros

Work-life balance Decent over time and work from home option Private dental and life insurance Pension contribution

Cons

Very poor top level management - Some guys at the top are clueless. Job Security -- They announce redundancies every quarter with figures in hundreds and the selection process usually affects the new starters, this will be a shock within a year and constant threat there onwards for the rest of your employment. Disorganized - No proper training and processes for some job roles Pay freeze - I have seen people working for years with x salary and the company employs new staff for the same position offering y wage which is 2 or 3 times x. On top of that jobs have different levels and grades which dictates the pay and no one discusses these things with you. Quarterly Redundancies - - This is my personal experience and some close colleagues who were unfairly selected and made redundant. Sad! Losing all major contracts in the UK

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
