Pros
The people are great and the work environment is relaxed. Most employees have been there many years so there is no lack of knowledge.
Cons
There are no jobs available if you don't already have one. And if you're not billable or your customer goes away and you become not billable, you will be gone soon. Top level management only cares about the bottom line and anyone and everyone is expendable to make the stock price look good. Sales have dried up in most areas. You hang onto your job for as long as you can but once its no longer valid, then you probably won't find anything else
