You are given a wide range of responsibility and thus can learn a lot about different project types as well as all phases of the design process. You are encouraged to voice your opinions and speak up if there is something specific you'd like to work on. The management structure is good as there are studio heads you can go to with questions, etc. The firm also typically tries to do regular internal learning and social events, which created a nice culture.

The partners' time management is tough and their time is spread too thin. It might be helpful to give the studio heads even more authority to help alleviate this.

The location of the studio is convenient and easy to access.

Employees aren't trained at all, but are immediately expected to be able to handle complex tasks without any guidance and work at a high level. Work-life balance is also pretty rough; workloads are brutal and hours are long, with barely any breaks.
