      Pros

      Listen to employees, team work, offer incentive and reward programs, fun events throughout the year, sense of community, always trying to improve

      Cons

      I don't think any company is perfect, but they at least seem to try. It's a tough job and they hold people accountable.

      The work can be stressful at times, but that's when I'm most thankful for a great team that has my back.

      Hello, we believe you have the wrong company as we do not operate in Texas. While we do have very flexible PTO, we do have growth opportunities and pay is assessed annually!
