This is really underestimated in an industry that has so many bad environments. DWCC puts great emphasis on hiring the right people and working tirelessly to help them be successful - You will have the opportunity to work with groundbreaking technology start-ups and launch them in new regions - Pay is fair and DWCC provides a good work/life balance - The majority of my past colleagues from my time at DWCC as well as myself have gone on to build very successful and lucrative careers in B2B sales. DWCC supports your career and helps to find roles for when you have maximised your time at DWCC. They have strong connections with past employees, which is something I’ve never seen before

- B2B SaaS sales isn’t for everyone and can be challenging - Working with Startups is some of the toughest selling you will do - It can become monotonous around your 2-year period, but be open with management and they can work with you on how to progress whether inside or outside of DWCC
