      Cool product. Talented people.

      Cons

      Company's financial stability in question. Difficult management style and company culture, very argumentative. Culture lead to high turnover at the executive level. Turnover lead to uncertainty related to company direction. The HR Director was a joke, misspellings and grammatical errors in my contract.

      Pros

      Great company in terms of opptys ... I have been able to work on multiple projects across several different major wireless device vendors.

      Cons

      None ... I have enjoyed my time with the company. I think the work life balance is really going.

      Pros

      Peers had a great deal of knowledge. Working within my own team was great. Once you had to request assistance from other departments they always got short as if you were annoying them.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is a big issue. Each department worried what they looked like way to much. Management to worried about there own jibs to care about there own teams.
