Starting a new job after spending 13 years at my previous position was definitely a big change, Change is never easy, especially when you've grown comfortable in one place. But from day one, the warm welcome I received from my new team made the transition so much smoother than I expected. Working with Thomas, our property manager, has been a truly positive experience. His patience, understanding, and leadership set the tone for the entire team. He’s someone who listens, supports, and truly values both the team and the members we serve. That kind of leadership makes a huge difference. The overall team dynamic has been great. Everyone works together with ease, and the flow of our daily operations just feels natural. It’s a collaborative, respectful environment where people genuinely care about their work and each other. That kind of vibe is hard to come by, and I’m grateful to be part of it. Looking back on these first few months, I’m glad I took the leap. I feel optimistic about what’s ahead and truly lucky to be part of such a supportive and positive team.

I’ve really enjoyed working here. Everyone is super friendly and has been so helpful as I’m new to this field. They’ve made sure I’m learning and growing in my role while also being flexible with my needs, which has been fantastic for my work-life balance. Even though it’s a big company with lots of people I haven’t met, there are plenty of events that make it easy to get to know my colleagues and put faces to names. The residents are wonderful too. it's genuinely a pleasure to help them. I also love that we have a custom-made app. I’ve had the chance to chat with the developers and give them real-time feedback, which has been a cool part of the job. The office space is really nice, and while I’ve only seen a couple of the properties we manage, they’re stunning. Plus, I was able to get a friend a job here, and she’s been enjoying it as well! All in all, it’s a great place to work with a supportive team, a great work-life balance, and awesome opportunities.

So far I haven't seen any downside. This is a good company
