      the growth and learning was great, i was happy to be part of the company from the beginning to seeing it thrive and grow larger

      i dont really have much to say but maybe more structure in terms of performacne managment

      But it's not worth all the mental toll. Honestly just look elsewhere.

      Normal/usual benefits Co-workers are nice

      Cons

      Management over promise but never deliver. Management missed scheduled meetings 9 out of 10 times or worse, work can't be done, unprofessional, always out of reach. Salary delay. Benefits delay.
