Long over due changes are taking place, inventory accuracy improvment, work equipment is better than most complanies and improving with the new current president. New management has allowed access to global colleagues and believes in training employees, advancement and is completely transparent with everyone in the company.

Former president was a poor manager of people and business, did not believe in training empoyees or treat them fairly.
