Pros

While a small player, they're a leader in their field and do some exciting things with tech and science. Multinational company with chances at work from other offices around the world.

Cons

Your job is very unsafe here. They are constantly cutting people, including those that have been there over 10 years. The Managing Director is very emotional and often shouts or insults others in meetings, lacks in EQ, is very unaware of his personal biases, often makes decisions that greatly impact others' lives on a whim. They claim they are into sustainability because they use immersion cooling, but they can't even setup basic recycling in their office buildings after years of requests from staff.

Pros

A few great people there. A few cool things going on. A good place to have on your resume, if nothing else.

Cons

-No raises, reviews, one on one or bonuses the whole time I was there for anyone. -Everything feels like the CEOs own pet projects. He talks a big game, but can never stay focused. I think most people under him are too scared to tell him anything. -They hire cheap labor for temp work and expect immaculate results. -Like many places, they look wonderful from the outside, but you see the mess quickly once you get in. Don't leave a decent job to come here. And to the manager that made the comment about career progression for loyal employees, while the rest of the company worked from home, we came to the office everyday during one of the worst parts of the beginning pandemic, we were pushed to get things installed in a hurry, with no regards to the pandemic, but was told not to get sick.
