Wage is generous and office is central.
Cons
Staff turnover is very high. Even if you are deemed permanent, they will find reasons to make you redundant. Majority of the safe roles have connections to the CEO or the Chief People Officer. Role titles seem to change every month. No consistency with career opportunities. No work culture and very minimal flexibility. Workers are all in fear of losing their jobs as there are regular redundancies for roles to be replaced in a matter of days.
