New leadership in place for separation from UGL parent company is hopeful. But, financial pressures while going through the transition predict lean years ahead.
Cons
Poor management has led to an exodus of top performers over the past several years. The entire senior management team has turned over in the past year. Half truly left on their own to pursue better opportunities while the other half we're let go. The compensation package is below industry standards and the company does not pay out on bonuses. So, negotiate your package up front if you are looking to join DTZ
