no retirement plan, no room for growth, they do not promote from within, the only thing that keeps growing is the workload, seems they have preference over some employees, makes the staff believe that unless you are white you will never be promoted to a position of power. CEO once said he doesn't believe in bonuses and cut them off for all employees as soon as he started, yet he gives himself and his buddy bonuses. The gap between the employee's salary and the CEO and Directors is too big.
