If you work in IT, avoid this place like the plague - Anonymous employee DTI Employee Review

I have worked in IT for 10+ years and i have never come across a system that has been so badly designed and planned. Users are on equipment that is in a serious need of an upgrade, users on screens so small im surprised that they are able to do their work effectively. Asked about getting new screens, was given the evils by the manager as they would have to increase their capex. Asked about updating aging server that needed to be manually restarted most mornings, was told it would be done at "some point". iToms is a joke, their email system is even worse. The office was someones apartment that has been "converted" into an office. This was probably one of the main reasons i left. It felt unprofessional. The main meeting room was a bedroom that was an ice box.
