      Great if you like to work independently. Love the people in the complex. Corporate is awesome.

      Cons

      DM gets caught up in the minutia. Micromanagement Antiquated system how to get money through the door. Unable to make a decision without someone's help or approval.

      Minimal training, most of the things taught are wrong or even illegal They need to be more aware of how their properties are managed.
