Always congratulating themselves and each other on having meeting after meeting to plan the next meeting. Disability Inclusion Award? Did they mention taking MONTHS to process ADA Accomodations? FML manipulation? Top heavy management that is consistently micromanaging every single minute while simultaneously breaking contract 6 different ways. Corporate Gas Ops is a big ole boys club. Don't let the one off Supervisor or Executive fool you - most management is male. RTO mandate is a nightmare for the sake of "culture" instead of admitting its city taxes and that new SOC building. Work is overloading us and between buyouts and RTO...everyone is doing 2+ jobs.
