Great in-depth training People-friendly work environment (Supervisors are very helpful with positive attitudes and genuinely want to see everyone do well Plenty of room for advancement
Cons
Sometimes, may not be guaranteed to get the schedule that you want when you are new, however, they can work with you to accommodate your situation. About 20% of customers complain about their bill, or that they need their power on ASAP, when the power is not in our hands as Customer Service Reps to get it back on ASAP, but we take the heat anyway from the customers.
