Good pay and benefits provided.
Cons
Benefits for non-union employees are expensive. Management level employees not concerned with the development of the workers reporting to them as most I have worked with are trying to justify their existence within the company. A lot of workers (union and management) just putting their time in to collect a paycheck. Company talking points always changing, lots of flavors of the month programs that do not amount to much.
