Dsquare does some really cool product development. Tremendous experience for fresh software professionals. Only IITans are hired.

It is a one man show. Founder is an erratic genius. If you cannot get along with the founder you are in deep trouble. Hates being challenged, though he claims otherwise.

Good people to work with. The CEO is really a genius. You are lucky if you get to work with him.

As a intern they really never put me into the actual product development. So the learning at the end of internship is almost zero. And eventually didn't give the offer letter as well. Its hard to tell what the management is thinking about the interns.
