DSmart Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a big fraud and cheating company located in Hyderabad, India. It is a sister company of Cybyte Inc. located in Wexford, PA, USA. Both these companies are big fraud and cheating companies as they don't have any investors, leadership team, portfolio and projects. Both the companies are ruled by one proprietor named Neeraj Chitra. Frankly speaking, it's not a company. It’s worst than a restaurant or small roadside hotel. DSmart Systems Pvt. Ltd. doesn’t have any vision, mission or company policy. The proprietor runs the company like a groceries store. They make hire and fire. I had joined DSmart Systems Pvt. Ltd./Cybyte Inc along with my friend but have seen every month they fired some employees for no reasons, no projects without any notice. Even they don't credit employee’s salary nor reimbursements and that's the reason you can't see experienced professionals on floor. Freshers are in huge number because they don't have any other options than 2 years money bond like a bonded labour. Even they don't disclose in the beginning that they need to sign 2 years bond before getting the offer letter, they are called individually and the they make the bond signed to release the offer letter. They hire employees and then make someone else with client interview and keep/work far more junior than that candidate. They deduct part of fixed salary by saying it as variable would be paid at the end of one year completion in company but they do not pay if they fire within 1 year. Everything is fraud at DSmart Systems Private Limited and Cybyte Inc. They compel employees to work for more than 12 hours and during weekend too. They have all the slaves in their operation team who pass on all the fake information about loyal and hard-working employees only because they are not doing their bread and butter. They compel people to travel if necessary but don't pay for the expenses occurred while traveling for the company work. They are very ill-minded people who does not know what is professionalism? They make all small issues a warning for no reasons. They get the bond signed with experienced people that too without their prior intimation and consent. They hire the people who is working full time with other companies and deploying them on client project as full time resources and bill the client full time from the client. They introduce the name to client who has already left the company but for the sake of making money, they don't intimate it to the client. Don't join DSmart Systems Pvt. Ltd./Cybyte Inc otherwise will face for whole life in trouble. Please don't recommend anybody to join this cheating company.
