      Great employee discounts on shoes online and in-store. Flexible work hours, depending on the manager or CEL, scheduled on a working shift.

      Cons

      Abusive store practices with work loads, tools used, work areas assigned to, and a consistent contempt for customers, their health, safety and peace of mind while they are shopping.
