Pros

One [and only] of the positives of working at the company was the emphasis on team engagement through social events and company-wide rewards. They often organized activities such as pizza days and even brought in an ice cream van on hot days, fostering a fun and inclusive work environment.

Cons

While the company had some positives, there were major downsides. Training was inadequate, leaving me feeling unprepared, while excessive micromanagement made it difficult to work independently. The office environment was stressful, and I often felt anxious going in. As the only person of my ethnicity in the office, I felt isolated and experienced discrimination. Certain managers seemed more focused on exerting power than supporting their team, creating an unhealthy atmosphere that felt more like bullying. Ultimately, these issues took a toll on my well-being, and this is why I decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend working in the XPress department.
