Too high on result with unreasonable targets and timelines. Not employee friendly. Unhealthy work culture. Too much of politics, biasness, favouritsm. Centralized authority. Only top leader has authority to take decisions even for the smallest of things. This leads to a culture of unprofessionalism and sycophancy. Although management talks about employee friendliness, however same is not reflecting in their actions.
