Pros
Management are flexible, they have the unique canteen inside the office culture which I think it was a very good idea.
Cons
Any works are expected to be delivered in a forwarder style, everything is in a hurry to complete, regardless of its real urgency. They might be very professional in the industry but in general lack of knowledge on any other fields I guess the main reason being that is they cannot and also will not spent more money to hire talented Individuals to run the company better, rather they choose to hire lower skill set local staff to keep the company going under the surveillance of the Danish, as these staffs are much easier to be manipulated and also less competitive and threat to the Danish employee. They have one agenda, keep as much jobs as possible in Denmark for the Danish.
