      Pros

      Opportunity to work for the largest logistics organization on Earth. Free bagels. Generous PTO policy.

      Cons

      Advancement is extremely difficult. Especially because leadership fails to track or recognize top performers. Leaders and managers seem concerned about protecting their position more than driving performance. No support for operational issues. It's sink or swim. If there is turnover, expect that person's workload to shift to you. They won't replace that person for months or years.

      Pros

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Cons

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
